This is when you’ll sample coffee beans to understand their different characteristics, so you can compare and contrast flavours to get to know the true ‘you’ when it comes to coffee!

Carter’s Chocolate Café

This unique foodie venue in Waterford City is famous for their delicious hot chocolate – you’ll also get a treat to go with it!

Phoenix Yard Market

International flavours shine at the eclectic Phoenix Yard Market. Full of street vendors passionate about cuisine from around the world – you may experience Tex-Mex, African, Vegan or traditional Irish. Whatever food you’ll experience – expect tastes that excite and a food story that fascinates!

The Reg Bar

The Reg bar is perfectly situated to see Reginald’s Tower in the Viking Triangle. This tasting will take you back 900 years and to the Huguenots at the end of 17th Century with their creation of the blaa – synonymous with Waterford. The Reg will showcase the blaa provided by Walsh’s Bakehouse with a range of delicious fillings.
