Jon Toy of Meat Jon is a high-welfare butcher, championing whole carcass butchery covering Waterford and the South-East.
Along with providing meat from locally sourced, native breeds – including beef, pork, lamb and chicken, he also offers ‘food-over-fire’ classes, training staff in retail environments, and workshops on developing butchery skills.
Jon is also passionate about talking everything meat, so you can find him at food festivals running a demo, or at special events throughout the year.
