We had a fascinating and insightful training session yesterday (12 August 2025) – Use AI to accelerate your food and drink business.
Delivered by Claire Dalton of brandcraft.ie – she talked about how AI tools can help save time, generate ideas, and streamline content creation in a food and drink business.
It was aimed at a producer, café owner, or restaurant manager, with a hands-on workshop introducing simple and practical ways to use AI tools like ChatGPT and image generators to support marketing, planning and communication.
