We had a special networking event at Ní Bhrian Restaurant in Kilmacthomas, Tuesday 03 December.
Helen and Jenny O’Brien were hosts for the evening, where they spoke about their food story and passion for a menu that sings homemade, local, and flavour.
Richard Povey our project manager also offered an overview of Taste Waterford’s achievements in 2024.
There was a wonderful range of food and drink to enjoy, all celebrating Jenny and Helen’s love of food, as well as showcasing dishes that consider people’s food intolerances.
We also had a giveaway of homemade, local produce – which got the competitive streak going in our guests!
Great to see so many people from the food and drink community, and many thanks again to Helen and Jenny for the perfect way to end the year – cheers!
