Clotilde Kiely of Comeragh Mountain Farm is nestled on the western side of the Comeragh’s near Kilbrien, a spectacular spot where she and her husband David have a passion for organic farming for leafy and seasonal vegetables and pasture-raised poultry. Along with hearing about life in the mountains and her passion for sustainability, she’ll be preparing a salad with home-grown leaves and vegetables in a vinaigrette dressing – delicious!

1.00pm Conor Naughton and Sarah Richards – Seagull Bakery
When it comes to artisan sourdough baking – we’re in expert hands with our next taste and chat with Conor Naughton and Sarah Richards of Seagull Bakery in Tramore. They’ll talk about their quest for sustainability, using Irish wheat flours, and how they’ve adapted their bakery to stay relevant in challenging times. They’ll also bring along sourdough breads to taste. These are truly delicious – don’t miss out!

Our next talk and taste is with a showcase of quality, innovation and flavour. Ian O’Brien, Distiller of Waterford Whisky will take you on a journey of what it means to be a true terroir in whisky. Next we have award-winner and Tramore local – Kasia Cichy of Planté. Her vegan pâté has been winning praise wherever she goes – for taste, texture and using plant-based ingredients.
