Taste Waterford was delighted to hold its first training session of the year on Tuesday (27 February) – with a hugely informative workshop on running a zero-waste kitchen.

Presented by JB Dubois – head chef at GROW HQ, businesses covered the entire process of running a kitchen, and went away with imaginative ideas to reuse food waste.

Along with a breakout session with GROW HQ scones, and coffee, JB demonstrated a clear strategy for kitchen sustainability.
