We had a great opportunity to promote Co. Waterford’s rich food and drink offering last Thursday (23 April 2026), thanks to the Waterford Chamber.
They invited us to headline the ‘Taste Waterford Zone’ at the Waterford Chamber Business Expo, held at George Corbett Motors.
The vibrant space promoted the very best of Waterford’s food and hospitality scene, and offered the opportunity for producers, hospitality, retail, and tourism providers to connect.
We had over 12 different producers on display, offering tasters to visitors to get a true sense of the variety and flavours in our locality.
Thanks so much to Éadaoin Carrick – Waterford Chamber President, Gerald Hurley – Chamber Chief Executive, and Rebecca Skedd – Chamber Membership Services & Events Executive for the invitation, and congratulations on a successful event.
It was also a pleasure to meet with Cllr. Jim Darcy and talk about the role of Taste Waterford, and promoting our members to local, domestic, and international audiences.
