We had a very special evening last night (06 December) – our final networking event of the year hosted by Faithlegg Hotel.
Held in the stunning Bar 1783, members and the food and drink community were treated to exquisite cocktails skilfully prepared by Richard Lucas – Bar Manager, using Waterford Whisky and Faithlegg Gin distilled by the Blackwater Distillery.
There was also a selection of delicious canapés prepared by the award-winning kitchen.
It was a wonderful festive get-together, and Bar 1783 was the perfect backdrop to celebrate an exciting year of food and drink in Co. Waterford.
