We were delighted to be hosted by the Railway Cottage in Dungarvan for our final networking event of the year 02 December 2025.
David Kearns and the team offered guests a tempting range of delicious food, mulled wine and drinks.
As well as hearing from David on their food story, community, and recent win at the Waterford Business Awards, Fiona Byrne – head chef, spoke about local ingredients used at the café, and that they were also celebrating their fifth birthday.
Richard Povey, Taste Waterford project manager, gave a talk on their achievements in 2025 with the food and drink community, and afterwards there was a very competitive giveaway!
We wanted to say many thanks to David, Fiona, and Aíne Cronin at the Railway Cottage for a fun night, great networking, and an ideal location to end the year.
