360 Cookhouse in Dungarvan was the perfect setting for the launch of the 17th Waterford Festival of Food (12 March 2026).
The weekend on 24-26 April transforms Waterford into the culinary heart of Ireland, with a mix of producers, artisans, restaurateurs, chefs, storytellers, families and friends – where food is celebrated from every perspective.
2026 offers 140 events – free and ticketed, which will also see it expand into Waterford City for the first time.
Taste Waterford will be there 26 April with a full day of fascinating cooking demos, with award-winning chefs and producers, exciting collaborations, food stories – and tastings!
