We had an entertaining evening last night welcoming a group of international travel trade buyers on a familiarisation trip to Waterford (26 March 2026).
Momo Restaurant hosted the event with a delicious menu of locally sourced ingredients, along with a showcase of the region’s producers.
The group had attended Meitheal earlier in the week – Ireland’s largest and most important annual tourism trade event.
With buyers representing countries including the USA, Spain, Germany, Italy, and France, it was a great opportunity for our project manager Richard Povey to talk about the rich food and drink offering for visitors to Waterford city and county.
